We know you’re eager to get your beach essentials, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over A$50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from receiving your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition
  • Non-returnable items: Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Rash Vests (unless defective)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval:
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items:
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back:

    Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return your original item. We’ll cover the cost to ship your replacement item to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
